The winning ticket was sold at Circle K, located at 5422 W. Farmington Rd. in Peoria, and matched all five winning numbers - 7, 8, 28, 37, 40 - in Sunday’s evening drawing to scoop the top prize.
Kendra Goodman, a cashier at Circle K, was excited to learn that one of their regular players has come into this windfall.
“I had no idea that someone bought a winning ticket from our store, I’m shocked, “ exclaimed Kendra Goodman, a cashier at Circle K. “We have a few people who play the Lucky Day Lotto regularly - so I have no clue who the winner could be,” added Goodman.

Guidelines for mailing in prize claims are available at: Illinois Lottery.com/winning. Winners have one year from the date of the winning draw in which to claim their prize.
