What can I do with an Illinois Lottery account?
An Illinois Lottery account allows you to perform the following:

- Purchase Fast Play™ tickets on the Illinois Lottery website, iOS app, and Android app;
- View transaction history, previous purchases, and wins;
- Check your subscription details and status;
- Enter sweepstakes and receive various promotional offers;
- Receive immediate deposits for winnings up to $600, provided such winnings don’t cause your total account balance to exceed $2,000; and
- Receive notifications for draw times, winning numbers, and your wins.

How long will it take to process an address change?
A change of address may take between 6 to 12 weeks to process in our system for security purposes. For individuals who move after they have created an Illinois Lottery account, your account will remain active, and you can continue to play online while your address is updating in the system.

A name change may take between 6 to 12 weeks to process in our system for security purposes.
How do I get into my Illinois Lottery account if I forgot my password?
If you forget your password, you can reset it from the log in page. Please select Forgot Password? and follow the prompts. Please note that passwords also expire every 12 months, and you cannot reuse any of the last six passwords you’ve used.
Why am I having issues adding a credit card or making a deposit?
We accept most forms of Visa®, MasterCard®, and Discover®, however, there are many banks who do not allow their cards to be used for lottery transactions. If you are having issues with your bank, we suggest contacting them first or trying a different payment method.
